About us

The Department of Management Studies was established in 2007 and offers a two-year Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) with an intake of 40 students. It is offered to all streams of students irrespective of their subject specialisation. The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management (MAHRM) Department is a pivotal part of our institution, dedicated to educating and equipping future leaders in the field of human resource management. The department is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and professional practice, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covers all critical aspects of HRM, from strategic planning to employee relations, and organizational development to talent management.

Certificate Programs: Specialized certificates in areas such as Power BI, HR Analytics & Payroll and Leadership Development.
