HABIT	Centella asiatica grows as an herbaceous rhizome to 50cm in height and stems reach to 25 cm in length
MORPHOLOGY	The plant is a small trailing herb. The leaves are arranged alternately in basal cluster, ovate to rounded, with an entire to dentate margin and rounded leaf apex. Petiole is long, smooth on upper surface and hairy below. Stem is glabrous, pink striated and rooting at nodes.
